Warranty

Warranty includes RedLight torches pads and Equi Sauna, excludes infrared heat lamps. Replacement products will be given if technical or manufacturer faults are found. Replacements will not be given for general "wear and tear" water damage or incorrect use. Horses should always be supervised when using products. We recommend introducing products slowly and in a safe environment. As damage caused by horses ie kicking pads off legs and standing on units will not be covered under the warranty.  Please refer to terms and conditions.
